PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS OF THE PROJECT
Phase in which all needs/requirements of the buyer are carefully examined.
In this initial phase, all members of the Contract Staff work to define the guidelines of the projects
SETTING THE PROJECT
Once that the guidelines of the project have been analyzed and understood, the Contract Staff, together with the ownership, appoints a Project Manager who is able to manage all aspects of the project, from site investigation for the relief of measures, to the management of the logistics, up to the final completion of the whole supply.
ESTABLISHMENT OF THE DRAFT
Each project is developed in a precise and punctual way. We provide product data sheets, drawings and 3D renderings which are relevant information for a complete and accurate understanding of the project by the client.
REALIZATION OF A MOCK-UP + LAUNCH OF SERIAL PRODUCTION
Once that the salient features of the products have been defined, we provide a sampling in order that our client could evaluate technical and aesthetic characteristics of each element. At this stage, our Staff constantly interacts with the client by providing full support in order to achieve an optimal result.
LOGISTICS PHASE AND DELIVERY
After passing a quality control, all products are properly packed and labeled, ready to be shipped and easily stored once they arrive on installation site. Giellesse takes care not only of the qualitative aspect of the product, but also of its packaging, in order to avoid damages.
If our client require it, we are able to manage the installation of the products by sending on-site qualified personnel who is able to manage every step of this important stage, from sorting to the assembly, up to the disposal of the packaging.
