Dear Dealers, Distributors,
During these uncertain times due the rapid spread of COVID-19, I wanted to reach out to you personally about the current situation here in Giellesse. As you most probably already heard from the latest news, the Italian government locked down all the production activities until 3rd of April. During this period our offices will be open in smart working solution and we will be in the position to reply your questions, develop quotations and process orders as we normally do. For what concerns orders and their delivery time, we’re already taking action, with all the actors of the supply chain, in order to minimize the delay due to this lock down. Also, to ensure a prompt delivery after the closure, we would need your kind cooperation and ask you to process all the pending orders as fast as possible. This will give us, and all our supply chain, a great help to arrange the provisioning of raw materials/hardware and to arrange the production plan to minimize the delivery time. After the closure we already expect a peak in the demand of the raw materials and with your help we are trying to avoid to experience delay in our standard lead time. On the other hand, in relation to the orders already in production, we would like to inform you that some of them have been already manufactured and are ready to be shipped, while the others not completed yet, will be immediately completed as soon we will open again our production. If you need for more detailed information about the status of the orders, please call us directly or e mail your usual reference at the factory. Anyway we would like to strongly reassure you about our full and firm commitment towards our dealers and clients – physically far one to each other but closer than ever with our relationship and thought.
